How do you ensure the coffee beans are fresh?
We partner with top-tier roasters who roast your beans to order. Your coffee is typically shipped within 24 hours of roasting to ensure maximum freshness when it reaches your door.
Can I customize my subscription frequency?
Absolutely. You can choose to receive your coffee every week, every two weeks, or once a month. You can also pause or skip a delivery at any time through your account settings.
What happens if I don't like the coffee I received?
We offer a First Bag Guarantee. If you don't love your first shipment, our coffee experts will help you find a different roast, and we will send your next bag for free.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all individual orders. For subscription members, shipping is always free on every recurring order.
Do you offer ground coffee or only whole bean?
We offer both. You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind settings, including Drip, Espresso, and French Press, tailored to your brewing method.
When will my order arrive?
Once roasted, most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your coffee leaves the roaster.
