Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Trade account and visit the 'Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- 2.Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items—ensuring equipment is in its original box—and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
After our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or apply a credit for your next coffee shipment.
